What I'm loving!

I haven't done WILW for a long time, but I think I'm ready to get back in the groove of things :)

I'm Loving...

Girl time!

Last night I had dinner with some lovely fellow bloggers: Jessie, Jamie, and Steph

We decided that the spinach in our pasta canceled out all the butter and cheese...so it was pretty much a healthy choice ;)

I'm Loving...

That I am officially finished with this semester of school. My last semester begins in January, and I GRADUATE IN MAY! woot woot!

I'm Loving...

That as a preschool teacher, I get to read some pretty awesome books.

Exhibit A:

This book is about a crippled lamb who feels left out, different and alone. He doesn't get to go with the rest of the sheep to the meadow because he is crippled. Instead, he has to stay in the stable all night. This stable happens to be the one that Jesus is born in. The lamb gets to lay next to Jesus and keep Him warm. He realized that God made Him different for a special reason! If he had been like everyone else, then he wouldn't have been able to see the king being born!

I know that this is just a children's story, but it touched my heart.

Do you ever feel different or alone? Do you ever wish your life was different, or wonder why God has you where you are? Do you wish you were in the meadow with everyone else, when God has you go to the stable?

Our current situation may not seem so great to us, but God knows what He is doing. He may be preparing us for something greater than the meadows...something special. He has created us all with specific purpose!

"For just as the heavens are higher than the earth, so my ways are higher than your ways and my thoughts higher than your thoughts." ~Isaiah 55:9

That is what I am loving.
Happy Wednesday :)
