The highlight of my weekend was the Empower Conference I attended on Saturday. It was such a great time of fellowship, learning, and resting in God's love!
The downfall of my weekend was my sugar intake. I had quite the sweet tooth, and not the best self-control :/
My craving was finally satisfied last night when I quickly whipped up some delicious mint fudge. It was SO easy, and QUITE yummy that I think I should share the recipe with you!
Easy Peasy Fudge
Ingredients
One bag of semi-sweet chocolate chips
One bag of Andes Mint chips
One can of sweetened condensed milk
Mix all of the ingredients together
stir
Microwave for three minutes
stir
pour into a pan (9 x 9 or 9 x 13)
sprinkle with crushed candy cane
let cool
enjoy!
You could also substitute any chips of your choice :)
Next I'm going to try butterscotch chips with heath crushed on top! mmmmmmmm...
Yummy!
